Description: The IFIC Foundation is presenting "Consumer Perspectives Toward Food and Health: Research Findings and Marketing Opportunities" at this three-day education program, which is comprised of food technologists and industry leaders who will discuss innovative ingredient science, health benefits, applications, market trends and much more. Several sessions have also been developed with the Research Chefs Association (RCA).
